Description
Automotive SPICE Provisional Assessor
The Automotive SPICE process assessment model (PAM) is intended for use when performing conformant assessments of the process capability on the development of embedded automotive systems. It was developed in accordance with the requirements of ISO/IEC 33004. The name SPICE originally stood for the name of an ISO (International Standardization Organization) project in 1994 - Software Process Improvement and Capability Determination. The norm itself developed over time to include the system level. Meanwhile also a Hardware (Electronic, recently in 2019) and Mechanic SPICE has been released to cover the full mechatronic spectrum.
